Somewhat satisfied. The service was fine but having took a previous car to the same place, having not received an overview etc, I feel I am left in the dark. I also had an issue and had to return.

The service advisor was very diligent when setting up my service plan as it was a task as details missing, Norwich Group 1 BMW that I purchased the car from did not really entertain a service pack & I was referred back to my Local Group 1 Borehamwood
