Up until car collection was great. However the 5 day drive away insurance was not arranged, was not possible to arrange as was a Saturday, and cover elsewhere not possible as the number plate was not recognised. Complete downer. Not a problem before

Main issue was that price for the service was not as agreed on the phone My car service is coming up as 2027 but has a 3200 miles alert, which I assume is for the brakes, but not sure.

An ACE 3.0 front windscreen camera was installed but set up with my Android phone was not completed and the staff could not fix it while I was present, so I have a dash camera that does not function. I find this very irritating.

Besides none of the issues I raised being solved, I was asked not to smoke (I don't) or to have pets in the car (I have none) in the courtesy car whilst my car was worked on. It had been smoked in, and hadn't been cleaned. My hands stunk of smoke.

Nora (front office) was particularly helpful. She not only ensured that things went smoothly on the paperwork side but also helped by setting up remote access and tracking on my mobile phone. She also explained some useful features in the car set-up.

I dropped my car off at 8.01am using self-service. I heard nothing all day. When I arrived to pick my car up I was told that they had 'run out of time'. This is gross incompetence and completely unacceptable service.
