Up until car collection was great. However the 5 day drive away insurance was not arranged, was not possible to arrange as was a Saturday, and cover elsewhere not possible as the number plate was not recognised. Complete downer. Not a problem before

The service technicians are excellent and always give an accurate assessment of any additional competitively priced work that needs to be undertaken and the recommended timeframe.

Besides none of the issues I raised being solved, I was asked not to smoke (I don't) or to have pets in the car (I have none) in the courtesy car whilst my car was worked on. It had been smoked in, and hadn't been cleaned. My hands stunk of smoke.

All was very good but my car is now losing. Coolant water on the engine which was not a problem I had before the visit. On saying that I have contacted Group 1 Service Omar who has asked me to bring the car back for inspection

I dropped my car off at 8.01am using self-service. I heard nothing all day. When I arrived to pick my car up I was told that they had 'run out of time'. This is gross incompetence and completely unacceptable service.

Nora (front office) was particularly helpful. She not only ensured that things went smoothly on the paperwork side but also helped by setting up remote access and tracking on my mobile phone. She also explained some useful features in the car set-up.
