After attending the show room a friend asked if my car was delivered to me at home. I didn't even know this was an option! But experienced in house was straight forward and easy anyway.

Few issues that got easily and quickly resolved such as rear X1 branding should have been removed but wasn't. Sales Rep Georgia got this quickly resolved for me.

Lovely friendly receptionist who was helpful and even remembered who I was when I went to pick up the car. The technical team explained the problem with my car. Unfortunately the phone line was bad, but the team followed up with explanatory e-mail.

There were times when it was quite frustrating as problems reoccured, but to their credit, they appear to have sorted everything out. The car had water ingress so I'll know for certain that it's fixed after it next rains.

It was a really easy process, from booking to taking and collecting my car. It was easy to drop off and BMW staff are always polite and helpful. Samuel Monk was especially helpful and efficient.
