A comment made on collection (after payment) for a job that cost £450+ just for a £30 hose replacement. Could any other hoses have been replaced at the same time given the labour charge was so high. Food for thought perhaps. survey won't accept 4*!!

The car was dropped off at the garage at 8am for a service and not. Took a long time for the agent to book the car in and sort courtesy car. Didn't hear anything by 5pm, at that point I called to ask for an update. Agent should have called to update

Everything went smoothly. They cleaned my car outside and inside. However, falsely reassured that the tyre pressures have been checked okay. In fact, they were not okay and I emailed Matej and sadly so far have not had any response.

Did not get booking confirmation. Hand back of car was poor. Service assistant told me the car was ready, asked me to settle the bill and said mechanic would return keys in 10 mins. After 30 mins chased and discovered keys left unattended on desk.

They did not send me the health check video showing me the worn parts, and when I drove off, I heard loud thumping noises related to suspension work they had carried out. I immediately returned to service centre and a bolt had not been tightened up.
