My car is currently under warrantee having had the car only two months and the service centre tried to charge me for the works to be carried out. I had to defend my case and the charges were waived. Not the level of service you expect from BMW.

I booked my car in for a software upgrade, but afterwards two features stopped working. I can no longer change the charging mode in the app ("due to technical difficulties"), and the eDrive Zone no longer appears on the iDrive map.

Two month wait for my booking. When day finally arrived they had car for whole day, told me it was fixed, charged me £100 and within 5 minutes of leaving the problem was back. And they lost my keys and lied about fitting a battery in the key fob.

Overpriced; arranged to pick up the car and travelled by foot and rail for over an hour for it not to be ready; they said they would pay for my Ubers then didn't; they took my dogs crate out didn't put it back and I had to go back AGAIN. No apology

Good service from the bodyshop. Very helpful. Service centre left ringing for ages and very slow to respond. Took 3 days to change a wheel !!!

Very thorough and transparent with me about the issues with the car; did what they said would on time. Issue was resolved satisfactorily. Loses a star because car wasn't washed on return - was covered in bird droppings - but was rectified.
